RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise activities of employees engaged in loading/unloading, selection, shipping, receiving, and transporting of stock.
* Maintain equipment, safe working conditions, and security of merchandise and equipment.
* Determine routing and legal load limits of trucks, inspect loading operations to insure compliance with shipping specifications, and direct movement of shipments from shipping and receiving dock to storage and work areas.
* Perform normal supervisory functions of training, instruction and work assignments to warehouse personnel.
* Responsible for achieving and maintaining the company error-free performance as the standard of quality service.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
Experience: Three or more years of warehouse distribution required.
Knowledge: Basic reading and math skills. Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of warehouse receiving, inventory, and shipping processes. Electrical product knowledge helpful.



NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 a.m. ‑ 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Some overtime required
