THE REQUIREMENTS
* Responsible for sales and service of one or more assigned customer locations.
* Solicit new business at assigned locations and identify products and services to meet customer's needs.
* Provide products and services according to customer agreement and answer questions regarding capabilities, pricing, shipments, billing, etc.
* Authorize return goods in accordance with written agreement and company policies and assist Financial Department in resolving claims and other financial issues.
* Arrange and conduct presentations on new products and services.
* Relay service needs of customer to appropriate personnel and follow-up on customer requests.
* Recommend changes to Graybar and customer's processes to drive down costs.
* Assist management in establishing sales and gross profit budget for assigned locations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience: Three or more year's progressively responsible sales, marketing and/or operating experience preferred.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE
8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; Some overtime required
(Note: The normal work schedule may vary depending on location.)
